Call Failover works with your telco carrier to configure auto reroute as a feature. When the phone system or lines become unavailable due to building, pbx or phone line outage, the carrier sends your main phone number and DID's to our platform. Your phone system is replicated on our platform in the cloud to include routing, auto attendant and call flows on our platform.
Call Failover is a cloud pbx platform with the sole intention of providing disaster recovery as a service for our customers. We have vast experience working with telecom carriers and make the process seamless and automatic. Our cloud platform has embedded redundancy built in to ensure high availability.
Customers call into your main phone number which rings into our platform. An auto attendant answers, then customer can choose their department or extension. Calls can be terminated onto a voicemail or routed to an employee's mobile or home phone. The goal is to not miss a call in the event of an outage.
